Start-up tips
- How can you complete the game with 100 percent? – you have to complete each mission (24 in all) with true Wizard status, complete all house crests, save every student (50 in all), and gather the entire amount of Red (20 to the total) or the Gold (200 to the total) Bricks, and collect all the 167 character tokens. In addition, you must purchase all tokens for characters, Red Bricks, and additional spells.
- You must destroy every object you see, gather the studs, and unlock True Wizard status. They are also required to buy new characters or other rewards available within the Diagon Alley.
- You may not receive True Wizard status during your first gameDon’t fret that you’ll not be able to obtain True Wizard status in a mission. You must play through all missions to earn bonuses. Find every Red multiplier brick before you begin playing levels again – multipliers accumulate (giving you the maximum multiplier of 3840x), providing you plenty of knockouts.
- Isn’t every character capable of doing all things? Some characters have special abilities, e.g., they can see the sign on a closet and open it, goblins have the power to unlock lockers (they carry keys). Characters who are using Dark Magic can access places that aren’t open to the general public.
- Find Red Bricks– if you’re having difficulty finding an exact bonus, search for Red Bricks that will point you to it.

The Magic Begins – Part 1
The Magic Begins
This stage starts in the Leaky Cauldron. It’s initially your turn to control Harry (Blue Shirt), but you can be in control of Hagrid should you wish to. If you’re the character you choose, move through the room, and gather any LEGO pieces accessible.
You’ll inevitably have to take the role of Hagrid, who is a few magical abilities. The Wingardium Leviosa spell will raise some floor tiles to the right-hand side of the space. Apply the period following the instructions displayed on the screen as you walk towards the floor tiles in beige. They appear like an unruly thumb. The spell will lift them, allowing Harry to leap and jump onto the higher steps. Then switch into Harry and, in the role of the young wizard training, climb towards the peak of the stairs. When you’re at the top, you’ll see a handle you can grasp and take down to the ground, which you can then fix on the blue panel on the door at the back of the room.
(Left Image) (Left Image) Harry climbs the ladder to allow him to hold the handle to build doors in the room below. (Right Image) You will find the ingredients to put in the Cauldron in the streets.
Then you can turn your focus toward the doorway. Once the handle Harry pulled has been put into the door, you can use the Wingardium Leviosa spell as Hagrid to unlock the door. You can now walk through it. Once you are in another room, a few LEGO pieces will be displayed right before you. You can easily interact with blocks like those to create devices that let you solve the puzzles in the game. In this scenario, you’ll be able to use your magic wand once more (still in the form of Hagrid) to assemble the blocks and then force them to open a door at the back of this room. The alleyway will open when you’re done.
Continue along the alleyway. Continue to collect additional LEGO bits as you travel. There are a few objects that you could interact with along the street. Most of the time, you’ll receive different LEGO pieces for the trouble. It is recommended that you have Hagrid create a springboard for Harry to leap off of to reach the awning along the left-hand side, close to the end of the street. That purple LEGO stud that is waiting for you there is a treasure. Under the awning is an encasement. Look it over to pick up the potion, then walk a little further through the street to locate an unfinished cauldron where you can put the brew. There’s also an Ice Cream Bar from the nearby vending kiosk and some fresh flowers on a table. Put the necessary ingredients in the Cauldron, and it will be able to explode, opening the door to the entire street that leads to the doorway.
As Hagrid As Hagrid stands in front of the doorway. You will be in the reddish light. Press the chain to unlock the door, and then go through the door to be inside a bank. It’s simple to gather lots of LEGO pieces by sticking them to the walls below that are exterior to the space. There are a lot of blue details to be found there, and many more can be collected by making stacks of scattered books. Make use to apply your Wingardium Leviosa magic on each of the bulbs that have burned out along the tables for counting. By fixing all eight bulbs, you secure the purple stud. However, the most interesting part of the room is on the other side. There’s an iron gate with an animal locked behind it. On the other side, a second circular light suggests you could talk to a banker sitting behind the desk. You can do this. After you finish it, control shifts over to the lender.
In the role of the banker, you’ll need to walk towards the left side of the room. This is where another bright red spot appears. Over it, you must interact with the gate’s mechanism to its left. The gate will be opened. Change to Hagrid and then go through. Take the next light spot, and pull the lever to open the gate. Please go through it and, like the banker from Goblin, sit in front of the safe and open it. You’ll find a few LEGO parts inside. As Hagrid will tell you, you can assemble these pieces to create the painting, which will then attach to the wall. You can stand on the patch of light under the image and then wave it at it to cause a new panel to pop up. Then, step inside for an unintentional cutscene.
(Left image) You’ll need to get the banker from the goblin side at the banks to unlock the gates that open into the vaults. (Right Image) Let the goblin banker unlock the vault chambers to allow you to grab the treasures that you’ve been looking for.
Then, you’ll be able to see deep inside one of the bank’s vaults. You can look at glowing spots on the floor between the chamber’s far left and left sides. The lever is turned to the right side while controlling the banker goblin to create the door. After that, as Hagrid, can you use the Wingardium Leviosa magic to assemble blocks that will appear after you take your chamber’s contents into pieces? The table will be formed so Harry can climb to find important LEGO pieces. On the left-hand right side of the vault, you’ll have to utilize Hagrid to push the lever until the dragon guarding you is pulled away from view. This will allow you to enter the second vault, as you are a banker from Goblins. Entering the vault will trigger a cutscene.
On the other end of the cutscene, you’ll show up in the same alley outside the bank. There’s a transparent arrow that points to an adjacent shop. Be sure to enter the shop only when you’re ready to leave the stage.
