Debug Mode Codes

While playing, press to open the console. Enter “DebugMode 1” without the quotes. Then, you can use the below codes. (Note that each code is cAsE-sEnSiTiVe, and some of them, such as set(stat) codes, will require you to select an appropriate target before using them.)

Glitches

1. Infinite Experience Bug

In Ammon Jerro’s Haven, If the player discovers the real name of Zaxis, the player can instruct the demon to open the gate. When you open the gate, you gain 1000 exp. If you speak to Zaxis in the future, you can request that he stop referring to himself as a third person. If chosen, the player can inform Zaxis to unlock the portal and gain 1000 exp. This can be done for an unlimited number of times until the group is gone from Ammon Jerro’s Haven (Note that this feature is only available in 1.03)

2. Infinite Experience Points and Gold

This can be accomplished when Chapter 2 starts. The first step is to go to the Bryce Crypt and get Arval’s Journal. Then, go to Lord Nasher in Castle Never and tell him you have found the journal. He will give you 500XP as well as 200 GP. All you need to do is take the journal and return it to him to earn the reward. This time it’s 500XP as well as 200 GP. Repeat the process. Repeat repeatedly as often as you want to the close of Chapter 2. (Works in 1.023)

3. Infinite XP Bug

In chapter two, once you’ve completed”the “trial” and defeated Lorne after which, you’ll be able to go back to West Harbor to complete the quest “What Happened to Lorne” (you must have completed this quest from Chapter One before leaving West Harbor). Speak to the mother of Lorne to finish the quest, and you’ll receive 500 XP. The mother will tell you she wants to be left to her own devices. Then, talk to her again. She’ll announce the “quest completed” and the “quest completed” dialogue and give you 500 XP. Re-run the procedure. (Fixed in 1.03)
